• To process your order and deliver the data bundle to the number you provided
• To verify payments and match them to your order
• To respond to support requests and investigate failed or disputed orders
• To operate the seller and referral programmes, where you take part in them
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our services
• To keep records required for accounting and dispute resolution

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Paystack. When you pay, your payment details are entered on the payment provider's secure checkout and are handled under their own terms and privacy policy.

FASTNET DATA HUB does not store your card details. We receive only the information needed to confirm your payment, such as the payment reference, amount, status and the mobile money number used.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only where it is necessary to run the service — for example with our payment provider to process a payment or confirm a refund, with the service partners used to fulfil a data bundle order, or where we are required to do so by law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. Access to order and customer data is restricted to authorised administrators, and payment credentials are held only on the server side and never in the website's public code. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes and refunds, and meet record-keeping obligations. Information that is no longer needed for these purposes may be deleted.
