Refund & Cancellation Policy

Contact our support team as soon as you notice a problem with an order. The sooner we hear from you, the easier it is to trace the payment and resolve the issue.

Where a payment has been received successfully but the data bundle cannot be fulfilled, the payment may be eligible for a refund after verification. We do not offer automatic refunds on every transaction — each request is checked against our payment and delivery records first.

• Your transaction reference or order number
• The mobile number that was to receive the data
• The date and amount of the payment
• A short description of the issue

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible, using our payment provider. Where that is not possible, we will agree an alternative method with you. Processing times depend on the payment provider and the receiving bank or mobile money operator.

If you enter the wrong recipient number, the bundle is delivered to that number and normally cannot be reversed or refunded. Please check the number carefully before you pay. Contact support immediately if you spot a mistake — we will try to help if the order has not yet been processed, but we cannot promise recovery.

An order can only be cancelled before it has been processed for delivery. Once a bundle has been delivered, the order is complete and cannot be cancelled.

Transactions that appear fraudulent, disputed or suspicious may be investigated before any refund is processed. We may request additional verification, and we may decline a refund where abuse is established.
